Enquiry to purchase Artwork
After filling out and submitting the enquiry to purchase an artwork form, an email will be sent to us and we will respond as soon as possible with more more information on how to complete the sale.

PAYMENT
Payment can be made by credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard. Simply phone up, and quote your card number, expiry date and cardholders name and the delivery address along with the painting catalogue No. The goods will be dispatched once the transaction is approved. MARA also accepts cheques, and direct deposits, followed by a faxed confirmation of the payment into the Centre’s account.

FREIGHT
Domestic

Mangkaja Art Centre (MARA) aims to provide the most economical and efficient delivery method. Unless pre-arranged, all works will be removed from the frame and rolled and will need to be re-stretched. The works are securely packed and insured in transit. Registered post,road and airfreight are all used. The cost of freight and re-stretching or framing are additional to the cost of the artwork.

International
Prices are negotiated once consignments have been packed. We endeavour to send consignments at the most economical rate, that also guarantees their safe arrival. We use Australian Air Express or Australia Post.

In all cases, you are able to request that we use your preferred carrier and we will undertake to use them if practicable.

Customs Charges
Customs charges may be levied when a package reaches your country. Mangkaja Art Centre (MARA) is not responsible for these charges and cannot provide estimates as to what the charges may be. You may wish to contact your local customs office for further information.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND WARRANTIES
Within seven days of receipt of your order, you may dispatch back to Mangkaja Art Centre (MARA) any art in its original condition, packed in the original packing including tissue wrap, bubble wrap and cardboard boxing etc.

How to return
Indicate the reason for your return in writing, attach the receipt and wrap the package as specified. Forward the package to the address below. As the item will be at your risk until receipt by Mangkaja Art Centre, (MARA) We recommend that you insure the shipment.

Refunds
We will notify you via email of your refund, once we have received the returned goods. Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is a result of our error.

Warranty
We undertake that the goods that we supply or that are ordered through Mangkaja Art Centre (MARA) will fit the description on our web site at the time of purchase. All other warranties, guarantees, representations or other assurances implied or imposed by law and statute are hereby negated and excluded to the fullest extent possible at law and under statute. What does this actually mean? How can we negate laws that might relate to our operation?? In any event, our liability shall be limited to either replacing the goods in question or refunding the cost of those goods.

The information, artwork, text, data or pictures (collectively "Materials") contained on this site are subject to copyright. You may use the Materials for personal, provided that you do not modify the Materials. You must include any copyright notice specifically pertaining to the Materials in all reproductions. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Unless otherwise stated, the information and services provided on our site are provided "as is", without warranties or representations of any kind.  To the extent that they cannot be excluded, the liability of Mangkaja Arts Resource Agency shall be limited to the cost of the re-supply of the information or services. - what does this mean?
Mangkaja Arts Resource Agency shall not be liable for any consequential damages such as loss of profits, loss of wages loss of enjoyment, property damage or stress or anxiety arising out of any negligence or non performance or breach of a contractual obligation in respect of any matter act or thing in relation to this web site, including but without limiting the generality of the foregoing, any late delivery of goods or services or the downloading by a user of infected data.

CURRENCY CONVERSION DISCLAIMER
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars. Your card will actually be charged in the Australian dollars. Some banks and credit card companies charge a fee for currency conversion. Mangkaja Arts does not cover that fee if applicable.

APPLICABLE LAWS
This web site is controlled by Mangkaja Arts Resource Agency from the art centre office in Western Australia, Australia. It can be accessed from other countries around the world and these places may have laws different from Western Australia. By accessing this web site both you and Mangkaja Arts Resource Agency agree that the statutes and laws of Western Australia within the Commonwealth of Australia, will apply to all matters relating to the use of this web site.
